JBCC Mandatory Orientation

This court interpreter course will give you an overview of the knowledge and skills needed for courtroom interpreting, as well as a review of the ethics necessary for Judiciary Interpreters, some basic legal terminology and an overview of the Texas law enforcement, corrections and courts systems.

Come learn in a fun and relaxed environment. I teach this course online so you can take it in your pajamas (you know you were thinking that!).

I've been teaching this course for many years and share information based on my hands-on experience.  I have legitimately, "been there done that".

After you have completed the 6 hours of orientation, you will receive an E-Certificate that you will be able to send in to the JBCC along with the remaining required documentation for the application.

 Cancellation policy:  a 20% processing fee will be charged to all cancellations made up to 48 hours before the class. Cancellations done up to 24 hours before the class are subject to a 75% cancellation fee.  No refunds after that time. No-shows will have the opportunity to attend a future class at no additional cost (no refund).
